Research Interest:
|
Complex product development and how different people from different technical domains are able to coordinate their work and understand the larger system in which they are involved. This research aims to help understand how actors within large complex systems perceive their roles and impacts, and how that knowledge can benefit the effort of coordination in complex socio-technical systems of which product development is an example. |
