Executive Board Co-Chairs

LAI's government, industry, and academic executive board co-chairs lead the LAI executive board and work closely with LAI's co-directors and executive director to:

  • assure support for LAI;
  • represent LAI to external audiences;
  • ensure that LAI's program is executed according to plan; and
  • interact with LAI executive board co-chairs and members.

LAI Executive Board

LAI executive board members play a critical strategic role within the consortium. They are appointed by their organization to serve on the LAI board specifically to:

  • set LAI strategies and policies;
  • guide and oversee LAI's five-phase plan;
  • advocate for and commit resources to support LAI;
  • represent LAI to the public and potential members; and
  • serve as an LAI advocate and enterprise change agent within her/his member organization.
