The LAI Lean Healthcare Academy
This course provides a hands-on introduction to lean and six sigma fundamentals for healthcare professionals and administrators with little or no prior experience in the subject material. This course covers the fundamental concepts and principles of a lean healthcare enterprise in addition to introducing useful tools to apply in the workplace. The course uses a “learner centric” approach including team-oriented simulations and exercises. This course has been approved for CME credit as well as CEUs).
