The Theme:
The main theme of the 2007 LAI Annual Conference is "Enterprise
Transformation: Closing the Gap between Knowledge and Implementation".
There is deep understanding of the challenges associated with
enterprise transformation, but questions remain about the approaches
for articulating the future enterprise state, selecting a future state,
and managing the enterprise transformation. To transform an enterprise,
this gap needs to be bridged.
At LAI's 21st annual conference, participants will learn how to bridge this gap and transform their organizations.
The Keynotes:
Several leaders in transformation will provide their insights and lessons learned from experience at this year's conference.
