Enterprise Transformation: Closing the Gap between Knowledge and Implementation

This annual event is the premier conference on lean enterprise thinking, bringing together researchers and practitioners from industry, government and academia, to share lessons learned, research findings and the latest tools and techniques, which enable the architecting of and transformation to lean enterprises.

The Theme:

The main theme of the 2007 LAI Annual Conference is "Enterprise Transformation: Closing the Gap between Knowledge and Implementation". To transform an enterprise, this gap needs to be bridged.

At LAI's 21st annual conference, participants will learn how to bridge this gap and transform their organizations.
