LAI Lean Academy 2005 Summer Courses Schedule Finalized

Plans for the first round of LAI Lean Academy™ 2005 summer courses are now finalized! No less than five courses are scheduled for the month of June alone. One course, at the University of Missouri-Rolla (UMR), already has taken place, and several more are in the planning stages to take place later in the year.

Courses will take place June 6-10 at Boeing St. Louis, hosted by Ed Thoms and and led by Venkat Allada of the University of Missouri at Rolla; and Rolls Royce Indianapolis, hosted by Nita Alumbaugh and led by Steve Shade of Purdue University.

Courses will take place also June 13-17 at Boeing El Segundo, hosted by Steve Cropp and led by Bo Oppenhiem of Loyola Marymount University; and Boeing Huntsville, hosted by Mike Forrester and led by Hugh McManus of Metis Design.

Finally, on June 20-24, an Academy will take place at Boeing Huntington Beach, hosted by Terri Buckingham and led by Ted Mayeshiba of the University of Southern California.
