Product Development and its processes in complex socio-technological systems are the focus of research, specifically using the US Air Force's Acquisition system in major systems development. Characterizing and understanding emergent system behaviors resulting from product development processes and practices are one part of research interests. Another research interest is studying ways to improve enterprise systems outcome measures.
